Introduction to VDBM

VDBM is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors providing a wide range of professional services to property owners and occupiers.  Each of our property services is tailored to meet the needs of the individual client.

We are involved in giving strategic advice to individuals, private and public companies, and also to a significant number of charities. 

We are able to provide valuations and other reports for a variety of purposes including those required by the Charities Act and valuations for Capital Gains Tax purposes or Company Accounts.
