An increasing amount of our work is in providing Dilapidations advice to both tenants and landlords. Our services include assessments of potential dilapidations liabilities, negotiation of dilapidations claims, acting as Expert Witness and valuation issues.

On behalf of landlords VDBM can prepare a Schedule of Dilapidations in advance of the lease end date so that a tenant is aware of what works they are expected to carry out.  

If instructed by a tenant we can seek to minimise the impact of a Schedule of Dilapidations served upon them.
